It wasn't during the Marathon, thanks goodness, wouldn't that be a bummer. I'm not arguing about paying it - it's just that they are so INEFFICIENT - you can't pay over the phone or online for 3 working days after the ticket - and EXTREMELY RUDE when you ring up and try to PAY them. $14???!!! $15???!!! Try $107. Maybe we will move to Adelaide. Hmmph.
