Since my thesis supervisor's response to my first draft changed from "just a few comments' to 'still a lot to do' It's due on Thursday aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! I have to say that I have found this surprisingly difficult to do.

That's the thing I tell people about a PhD -- it's not about intelligence, it's how much you can put up with and keep working. When I had edits after my defense, I felt like a loser, but it was just the process -- it wasn't me. And it isn't you either.
We've seen how much you can put up with and keep going in all of your posts here, so I know that you can do this too.
