So far at least half a dozen people at my new work have told me you'll love it here, it's a great place to work.
Other good signs:
Freeway all the way so even though it's twice the distance it takes half the time.
Lots of windows
Nice (not grey) paint, lots of plants and paintings
Green tea, Earl Grey tea and capuccino machine supplied
Actual real meaningful work

Oh this sounds great! And seriously about the windows, I could put up with just about anything if I had WINDOWS! I'm all over that green tea too sister!
Sounds exactly like my recent experience of changing jobs...and guess what...it is still great! No if I can only get my office buddy to open the blinds...
I really hoping for windows, myself. Mostly, I'm hoping for adults who act like adults.
