Another sinus infection, with an extra helping of bronchitis-if-I'm-not-careful? More antibiotics? More "resting"? This is starting to become depressing.
*Insert litany of whingeing and lengthy wallow in self-pity pool here*
Now the Plan is this: take antibiotics. Continue eating lots o'veggies, sleeping, drinking green tea, and scoffing echinacea and vitamin C (fat lot of good it's doing, mutters bitter twisted LBTEPA, before being escorted out by the CheerTFU police). Swim ride and run like it's 2047. Eighty years old and still going strong.
Feel frightened about lack of fitness and upcoming events. Say nothing. Keep plugging away.
More anon, faux-phlegmatic friends.
Faux-phlegmatic friends....That's fun to say.....

You are a spot of (lurgy infested) sunshine :-)
Rest! Recover! Antibiotics are your friend!

Bugger - Damn.......
Been an unlucky winter hasn't it..
Take care and get well soon (for good this time eh)
It has been so damn hard for you lately but I think you need to make the rest a priority ie. 'today I rested for 30 mins, tomorrow I am aiming for 45- I think I can do it.'
good luck getting over it.
do you think i inhaled your germs at the airport? i couldn't see you, so we just left droplets to share?
Hope you heal very fast!
UGH!!!
I hope you are much better by the time you read this.
hugs,
Mary
oh geesh....that's not fun.You have definitely had a bad run of things lately. Take it easy. I love Morsey's idea....
you have had more than your fair share! I mean REALLY! this is too much.
chin up, old girl. You'll make it through, you always do. :)
I'm ages behind in reading so you're probably all better by now... but I thought I'd toss a suggestion out just in case you're not.
Do the neti pot thing. Seriously. I resisted it for yeeears but when I finally caved it was a hallelujah kind of thing. Don't bother with buying a fancy little pot - I use a old bike bottle. Whenever I get a hint of a cold/sinus/allergy/insert angry sinus situation here, I do it for a couple of days and it's like magic. I used to get laid flat for weeks by every virus that crossed my path - now I feel better in less than a week, and feel noticeably less crappy in the process.
Sending hugs and sunshine and feel-better wishes your way.
