*Squeals and does excited girly hand-flap*
There's cash on the barrel now. If it takes me six hours, then it takes me six hours.
*grins, a bit nervously*
As IronGeekGirl says, I may be slow, but I'm stubborn!
Now all I have to do is.....run. Easy*. There aren't even any lions.
More anon, rainbow-chasers!
*Cheerful LBTEPA, who is currently in charge of this blog, is clearly Out Of Her Mind. Oh well

Good luck honey! How exciting. Hey who was your surgeon? I've just visited Elton Edwards. Fantastic bloke.
Even if you entered in some state of delirium whilst sick- you know it was the right decision to make! Great work, first step completed. Good luck.
Woohoo!
Totally cool! You will have much fun!!!
Wow! Congrats, looks like an exciting adventure!
You know what to do so ....
Go hard or go home !!
Train well & take care
Eat Em

You say six hours like it's a bad thing. :-) My first marathon was 5:59:54, I think.
Yeah and I ran with her step for step in her first marathon for 26.199999999999999999 miles and then she surged ahead for the win...beat me by 1 second, sneaky geekgrl.
You go!
SWEET!!
You know you can do this!
Pamper yourself during the long runs...go easy, enjoy the scenery, take in fuel every half hour, and PLAN ahead to rest the day before and after the long runs. I wish you were in our run/walk group! I'm sure you would keep us all upbeat and frolicking wildly!
So proud of you and looking forward to hearing about the journey.
so does this mean we get to meet?
can we get a photo taken for Not Born to Run? i need to have you eating a burger with beets; i can be slapping you silly.
see you there. i'm just doing the half. i hope.
